This elegant and expressive rosé is made from Cabernet Franc grown on alluvial terraces of sand and gravel shaped by the Vienne River. The semi-oceanic climate and environmentally respectful farming (including cover crops, green harvesting, and leaf thinning) support optimal ripeness and balance. After a 12-hour maceration and full grape sorting, fermentation begins spontaneously with native yeasts, under careful temperature control to preserve the fruit’s natural aromatics. Bottled in spring, this rosé shows a vibrant pink hue and offers generous aromas of redcurrant and citrus. The palate is supple, fresh, and delicately spiced.
