Shipping Policy
Delivery times for orders marked as "Next Day": Orders placed by midnight (00:00) are delivered before 23:00 the next business day.
Delivery times for orders marked as "7 Days": Orders are delivered NOT EARLIER than 5 business days from the day of the order. The delivery can be scheduled for a later date according to the customers request.
Kolmi reserves the right to offer a quicker delivery, but at its sole discretion.
Distribution area is limited to Tel Aviv Yaffo Municipality.
Under no circumstances Kolmi will deliver anything outside of the State of Israel.
Delivery for any order total of which is bellow 800 Shekels costs 50 Shekels. Orders total amount which is above 800 Shekels are delivered for free.
Self-pickup - You can pick up the ordered products from the Kolmi store in accordance with your "Delivery Date" choice. "Next Day" products will be available for pick up in 60 minutes after placing your order during Kolmi business hours and in accordance with the Laws of the State of Israel.
"7 Days" products will be available for pick up NOT EARLIER than 5 business days from the day of the order. The delivery can be scheduled for a later date according to the customers request.
Kolmi reserves the right to offer a quicker delivery, but at its sole discretion.
The order and will be stored at the store for up to 3 business days.
ID is checked at delivery. Name on the ID has to match the name to the order.
Identification for product delivery (prohibition of sales to anyone under 18 years old): The products will be delivered to the customer indicated on the order at the address specified by the customer in the order, the recipient of the order has to present a valid government issued ID with the same name as on the order to prove being over 18 years of age.
In the event that the user is not present at the time of delivery at the designated address, the products will be returned to the company and an alternative delivery date will be coordinated with the user.
Customer's obligation upon receiving the delivery: The customer must check the contents of the shipment upon receiving it, and make sure that everything is delivered as ordered and in good condition.
Third-party liability waiver: The company will not be responsible for any delay and/or delay in delivery and/or non-delivery caused by force and/or events beyond its/a third party's control.
Delivery times - Unless otherwise determined by the company, delivery times for deliveries are only Sunday through Friday, business days/weekdays. All company activity beyond these days will be at the sole discretion of the Kolmi and it is not liable to the "User" and/or "Purchaser" for damages/failure to meet delivery times or any other claim arising from the customer regarding days of activity.
The product price does not include the shipping cost.
