Made from 100% Chardonnay using the rare Musqué clone, this wine stands out for its distinctive aromatic profile. It shows notes of elderflower, ripe apple, banana, and soft floral tones, with a round texture and balanced freshness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at low temperatures, followed by three months on fine lees with regular bâtonnage to enhance complexity. Malolactic fermentation is selectively carried out depending on the vintage to add a subtle creaminess.
Produced using an advanced flotation clarification system and bottled under vacuum, the wine preserves its purity and expression of terroir. Grown in the cool, Alpine-influenced climate of Friuli Venezia Giulia, it reflects the region’s freshness and precision.
