Vinified with meticulous care, the grapes undergo manual harvest, 12 hours of cold skin contact, and cold stabilization at 8°C. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats at 18°C, with 15% undergoing malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged on lees with batonnage through Christmas.
The wine presents a golden yellow hue, with intense aromas of apricot, tangerine, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is fresh and fruit-forward, with flavors of apricot, peach, and citrus, and a long, lush finish. Perfect for pairing with grilled seafood, sushi, or creamy dishes, or simply enjoyed on its own. Certified organic and a true reflection of the region.
