This 70% Trebbiano and 30% Malvasia blend from Cerro Chapeu, Uruguay, is crafted from handpicked grapes grown in deep, iron-rich volcanic soils. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and aged for six months, it undergoes natural clarification and is bottled unfiltered to maintain its vibrant character. Fresh and aromatic, it offers notes of citrus, white flowers, and a touch of stone fruit. Ideal for pairing with seafood, light salads, or soft cheeses, it’s best enjoyed at 10–12°C.
The label features artwork by Nicolás Sánchez “Alfalfa,” adding an artistic touch to this expressive wine.
