Luria Roussanne is a vibrant white wine made from 100% Roussanne grapes grown at an altitude of 840 meters on a unique soil blend of basalt, limestone, and terra rossa, located at the foot of Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee. The wine is crafted using a delicate process where the juice is gently extracted without crushing, resulting in a fresh, aromatic must. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled, cool temperature to preserve its natural freshness. The wine displays a light lemony color and a medium body, with rich mineral notes that reflect the terroir. It offers a complex bouquet of citrus, honey, and pear flavors, balanced by its vibrant acidity, creating a crisp and refreshing finish.
