This wine from the Uco Valley highlights an intense red color and a bouquet rich with fruity notes, violets, and plum marmalade, enhanced by chocolate, vanilla, and a touch of hazelnut. Hand-harvested between March and April, the wine undergoes cold soaking and concrete fermentation, followed by aging in French and American oak for six to nine months.
