Late-harvested small-cluster grapes create a full-bodied wine with concentrated flavors. Whole-cluster fermentation adds fresh, grassy tannins, while two weeks of hot maceration enriches its texture. Aged for 16 months in mostly new French oak barrels, it features notes of black cherries, plum, vanilla, black pepper, and eucalyptus.
