Crafted from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown on calcareous soils at an altitude of 330 meters with south-east exposure, this wine reflects its elegant terroir. The vines are trained in the simple Guyot system, yielding 9,000 kg/ha, with all grapes harvested manually to ensure quality.
This Nebbiolo offers harmonious aromas of violets and raspberries, complemented by a soft, tannic palate with excellent body and structure. Ideal with roasted meats and small game, it is best served at 18°C to fully enjoy its refined character.
