Disìo Vino Frizzante Bianco is a refreshing sparkling wine from the central-southern region of Sicily. It is made from a blend of white grape varieties grown in clay-calcareous soils at an altitude of 300-350 meters. The vineyards are carefully managed with a density of 4,500 plants per hectare, and the wine is produced using the Martinotti-Charmat method for natural refermentation in autoclave.
This wine has a crystal-clear, straw yellow color with a fine, persistent perlage. Its aromatic profile is fresh and fruity, featuring pleasant notes of Mediterranean scrub and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, with a lively effervescence that enhances its drinkability. Disìo is an excellent match for seafood dishes, Sicilian street food, or traditional Italian pizza.
