This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested manually in early April, undergoes cold maceration, 13 days of fermentation, and 10 days of post-fermentation maceration. Aged 12 months in French and American oak (40%) and stainless steel (60%), it balances fruit and oak complexity.
The wine features an intense red color with ruby highlights, aromas of blackberries, black cherries, black pepper, and hints of chocolate and coffee. Smooth, with sweet tannins and an elegant, persistent finish. Naturally stabilized and bottled unfiltered.
